Refund Policy

1. SCOPE

This policy applies to all purchases from Scalping Pro (Private) Limited. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and accepted it.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS

We supply digital products and services delivered electronically: TradingView invite-only indicators, educational materials, dashboards, member access and alert channels.

By completing your purchase you request immediate access and acknowledge that supply begins at once. Access to the indicators is granted to your TradingView account, and your Telegram invitation is issued, automatically and within minutes of payment.

3. GENERAL POSITION

Because digital access cannot be returned or "un-granted" once given, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

4. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE PRESERVED

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory cancellation right in your country of residence. Where mandatory law requires a refund, we will provide one.

5. WHEN WE WILL NORMALLY REFUND

We will normally refund where:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a payment was taken in error;
• A technical fault on our side permanently prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
• We fail to deliver the product you paid for.

6. WHEN WE WILL NORMALLY NOT REFUND

Refunds are not normally available where:

• You changed your mind, or no longer wish to trade;
• You incurred trading losses, or the results did not meet your expectations;
• You expected guaranteed profits or a particular win rate;
• You did not read the product description or the Risk Disclosure Statement before buying;
• Market conditions, your broker, or your own strategy changed;
• Your TradingView subscription level changed or lapsed;
• You did not use the product.

Trading losses are never grounds for a refund. Our products are educational tools; the outcome of your trades is determined by your own decisions.

7. HOW TO REQUEST

Email support@scalpingpro.ai with your full name, the email address used at purchase, the date of purchase, the order number if you have it, and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

8. APPROVED REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your access is withdrawn at the same time. Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5–10 working days.

9. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are resolved in a single email, and a chargeback costs us a fee even when unjustified.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of access, permanent termination of your licence, and recovery of sums owed where legally permitted. This does not affect your right to raise a genuine payment dispute.

10. CHANGES

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at scalpingpro.ai/refund.php. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
