Two things worth knowing: we can see whether your indicators are active and roughly when you last used your account, because we need that to stop access sharing. And we are based in Pakistan, so your data is processed there and by providers in the US and EU.
We are established in Pakistan. Where you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we voluntarily apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR to your personal data, and the rights in section 8 below are available to you.
You give us: name; email address; country; billing details supplied at checkout; TradingView username; Telegram username or user ID if you join our channel; support correspondence; anything you send us.
Collected automatically: IP address; browser and device type; operating system; pages viewed and time of visit; referring source; cookie identifiers (see the Cookie Policy).
From third parties: purchase confirmation and order details from Shopify and our payment processors; delivery and engagement data from our email provider; channel membership status from Telegram.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by Shopify and the payment processors, and we never see it.
We do not intentionally collect special category data (health, religion, biometrics, political opinion). Please do not send it to us.

We operate from Pakistan and our providers operate in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere, so your data will be transferred outside your country, including outside the EEA and the UK.
Where we transfer personal data of EEA or UK individuals, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, together with our providers' own transfer mechanisms. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS across the site, hashed passwords, access controls on administrative tools, and storage of our member database outside the public web root. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you send us data at your own risk.
Our Services are for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not carry out automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
We may update this policy. The current version is always at scalpingpro.ai/privacy.php. Material changes will be notified to active members by email.
