This EULA is between you ("Licensee") and Scalping Pro (Private) Limited ("Licensor"). It governs your use of the Scalping Pro indicators and any accompanying software, templates and documentation ("Licensed Software"), and forms part of the Terms of Service.
Subject to payment and continued compliance, the Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence, for the duration of the paid access period only, to:
This is a licence to use, not a sale. No ownership passes. The Licensee acquires no rights in the underlying logic, algorithms, Pine Script or other source code, parameter sets, trade-management methods, interface design, names or documentation, all of which remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
The licence is personal to the Licensee. The Licensee must not:
Detection. The Licensor may monitor access patterns for signs of sharing. Evidence of shared use is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
The Licensee must not, and must not permit any third party to:
The licence runs for the paid access period and terminates automatically on expiry unless renewed.
The Licensor may terminate immediately, without refund, on breach of this EULA or the Terms of Service.
On termination, indicator access is withdrawn from the nominated TradingView account, any Telegram channel access is revoked, and the Licensee must cease all use and destroy any copies of documentation.
The Licensor may issue updates, changes or replacements to the Licensed Software at any time. Updates are provided under this EULA. The Licensor is not obliged to maintain backward compatibility or to continue any particular feature, setting or behaviour.
The Licensed Software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Licensed Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will produce any particular result.
The limitation of liability in clause 17 of the Terms of Service applies to this EULA in full, including the cap on aggregate liability at the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.
The Licensee acknowledges that unauthorised copying, distribution or reverse engineering would cause the Licensor harm not adequately compensated by damages alone, and that the Licensor is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy, together with recovery of legal costs where the law permits.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and clause 23 of the Terms of Service applies to any dispute, including the preservation of mandatory consumer rights.
